Souligné-Flacé (formerly Souligné-sous-Vallon ) is a French municipality with 1494 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Sarthe in the region Pays de la Loire . It belongs to the arrondissement of La Flèche and the canton of La Suze-sur-Sarthe . The inhabitants are called Solignéens .
geography
Souligné-Flacé is about 14 kilometers west-southwest of Le Mans on the Gée . Souligné-Flacé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Coulans-sur-Gée in the north, Chauffour-Notre-Dame in the north and northeast, Étival-lès-le-Mans in the east, Louplande in the south and southeast, Chemiré-le-Gaudin in the southwest, Crannes-en-Champagne to the west and north-west and Brains-sur-Gée to the north-west.
