Lhomme is a French municipality with 902 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Sarthe in the region Pays de la Loire . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of La Flèche and the canton of Château-du-Loir (until 2015: canton of La Chartre-sur-le-Loir ). The inhabitants are called Lhommois .
geography
Lhomme is about 39 kilometers southeast of Le Mans . Lhomme is surrounded by the neighboring communities Courdemanche in the north, Loir-en-Vallée in the east, La Chartre-sur-le-Loir in the south and south-east, Marçon in the south and south-west and Chahaignes in the west.
