Dureil is a French commune with a population of 71 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Sarthe in the region Pays de la Loire . It belongs to the arrondissement of La Flèche and the canton of Sablé-sur-Sarthe (until 2015: canton of Malicorne-sur-Sarthe ). The inhabitants are called Dureillois .
geography
Dureil is located about 25 kilometers southwest of Le Mans on the Sarthe , which borders the municipality in the north. Dureil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in the north and east, Malicorne-sur-Sarthe in the south and south-east, Bousse in the east and south-east, Parcé-sur-Sarthe in the south and west, and Avoise in the west and north-west.
The A11 car route runs through the municipality .
