Longnes is a French municipality with 325 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Sarthe in the region Pays de la Loire . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of La Flèche and the canton of Loué .
geography
Longnes is about 22 kilometers west-northwest of Le Mans . Longnes is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Épineu-le-Chevreuil in the north and northwest, Amné in the east and northeast, Auvers-sous-Montfaucon in the south and Chassillé in the west.
