Jorge "Aspar" Martínez Salvadores (born August 29, 1962 in Alzira , Valencia region , Spain ) is a former Spanish motorcycle racer and current team owner.

Martínez contested a total of 196 races in the motorcycle world championship between 1982 and 1997 and won the title in the 80 cc class in 1986 , 1987 and 1988 , as well as in the 125cc class in 1988. In 1996 he won the European motorcycle championship in the 125cc class.

After his active career, Martínez founded the successful Aspar team , which is still represented in the motorcycle world championship today.

On the FIM Gala 2014 he was solemnly into the Fame MotoGP Hall of added.
