Koslowka ( Russian Козловка , German  Sauskeppen , 1938–1945 Sausen , Lithuanian Sauskepiai ) is a place in the Russian Oblast of Kaliningrad . It belongs to the local government unit Stadtkreis Tschernjachowsk in chernyakhovsky district .

Geographical location

Koslowka is located 20 kilometers northeast of the city of Tschernjachowsk (Insterburg) on the municipal road 27K-075 from Sagorskoje (Pelleningken / Striegengrund) to Meschduretschje (Kauschen) and was a station on the Insterburg – Kraupischken railway line of the Insterburger Kleinbahnen until 1945 , which is no longer in operation .
