Rjabinowka ( Russian Ряаиновка , German  Kerstupönen , 1938–1945 Kersten and Pleinlauken, Kr. Tilsit-Ragnit , 1938–1945 Insterbrück ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad . It belongs to the local government unit Stadtkreis Tschernjachowsk in chernyakhovsky district .

The place is not to be confused with Nismennoje , German Pleinlauken, district Insterburg , after 1928 Rosenthal .

Geographical location

Ryabinovka is located in the northeast of the Chernyakhovsk Rajon , about 27 kilometers northeast of the city of Chernyakhovsk (Insterburg) on the southeast bank of the Inster . A side road runs through the place from Michailowka (Moulienen / Moulinen) via Priosjornoje (Stablacken, Ksp. Pelleningken) to Schtschegly (Saugwethen / Saugehnen) . There is no train connection. Until 1945 Pleinlauken or Insterbrück was a railway station on the Insterburg – Kraupischken railway line of the Insterburger Kleinbahnen , which was no longer in operation.

Kerstupönen (Kersten)

The small town called Kerstupönen or Kersten before 1945 actually only consisted of a large courtyard. In 1874 the rural community was incorporated into the newly established administrative district Warnen (today Russian: Schmeljowo). It belonged to the district of Ragnit until 1922 , then until 1945 to the district of Tilsit-Ragnit in the administrative district of Gumbinnen in the Prussian province of East Prussia . In 1910 there were 106 people in Kerstupönen.

On September 30, 1928, the neighboring estate district of Pleinlauken and the rural community of Kerstupönen were merged to form the new rural community of Pleinlauken (see below). In the district Kerstupönen was in 1938 Kersten renamed .

Pleinlauken (Insterbrück) / Podmostoje

The Pleinlauken estate was established before 1785. In 1874 the manor district was incorporated into the newly established district of Warnen in the district of Ragnit . In 1910, 78 residents were registered there. In 1928, in the meantime in the district of Tilsit-Ragnit , the manor district of Pleinlauken was merged with the rural community of Kerstupönen (see above) to form the rural community of Pleinlauken. In 1933 there were 212 residents in the expanded community. In 1938, the church in Insterbrück was renamed . This name referred to the location on a bridge over the Inster . 1939 were registered in the place 219 inhabitants.

As a result of the Second World War , the place came to the Soviet Union in 1945 . In 1950 the original Pleinlauken estate was given the Russian name Podmostoje (German for about Unterbrück ), which also referred to the Inster Bridge. The place was assigned to the village soviet Sagorski selski Sowet in Chernyakhovsk Raion .

Ryabinovka

As a result of the war, the place Kerstupönen / Kersten came to the Soviet Union in 1945 with northern East Prussia . In 1947 he was given the Russian name "Ryabinovka" and was assigned to the village Soviet Sagorski selski Sowet in Chernyakhovsk Rajon . Before 1975 the place Podmostoje was attached to Ryabinovka. From 2008 to 2015 Ryabinovka belonged to the rural municipality of Kalushskoje selskoje posselenije and since then to the city district of Chernyakhovsk.

With its predominantly Protestant population, Kerstupönen resp. Kersten and Pleinlauken resp.
