Rajewskoje ( Russian Раевское , German Plompen , Lithuanian Plumpai ) is a place in the Russian Oblast of Kaliningrad . It belongs to the local government unit Stadtkreis Tschernjachowsk in chernyakhovsky district . According to the last two censuses in 2002 and 2010, the place is deserted.
Geographical location
Rajewskoje is located about 23 kilometers northwest of the Rajonstadt Tschernjachowsk (Insterburg) on the municipal road 27K-125 from Dalneje (Groß Schirrau) to Meschduretschje (Norkitten) . There is no train connection.
history
The establishment of the to 1946 Plompen mentioned village was at 1635. Between 1874 and 1945 it was in the District Weidlacken (Russian Today: Jelniki) incorporated, which for Wehlau circle in the administrative district of Konigsberg the Prussian province of East Prussia belonged.
As a result of the war, Plompen came to the Soviet Union with northern East Prussia in 1945 . In 1950 the place was given the Russian name Rajewskoje. He was assigned to the village Soviet Kamenski selski Sowet in Chernyakhovsk Raion . From 2008 to 2015 Rajewskoje belonged to the rural municipality of Kamenskoye selskoje posselenije and since then to the urban district of Chernyakhovsk.

Before 1945, the population of Plompens was almost without exception of Protestant denomination and was parish in the parish of the church Groß Schirrau (today in Russian: Dalneje). It belonged to the church district Wehlau (Snamensk) in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union . Today Rajewskoje is located in the catchment area of the newly formed Evangelical Lutheran congregation in Talpaki (Taplacken) , a branch congregation of the Resurrection Church in Kaliningrad (Königsberg) in the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia .
