Pouillé-les-Coteaux is about ten kilometers north of Ancenis and about 45 kilometers northeast of Nantes . Direct neighboring communities are Pannecé in the north and west, Vallons-de-l'Erdre in the east and northeast, La Roche-Blanche in the south and southeast and Mésanger in the south and southwest.
