Pouillé-les-Côteaux ( Breton : Paolieg-ar-Rozioù ) is a commune with 1,051 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loire-Atlantique in the Region Pays de la Loire in western France . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Châteaubriant-Ancenis and the canton of Ancenis . The inhabitants are called Côtelois .
geography
Pouillé-les-Coteaux is about ten kilometers north of Ancenis and about 45 kilometers northeast of Nantes . Direct neighboring communities are Pannecé in the north and west, Vallons-de-l'Erdre in the east and northeast, La Roche-Blanche in the south and southeast and Mésanger in the south and southwest.
