Riaillé ( Breton : Rialeg ) is a French municipality with 2333 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loire-Atlantique in the Region Pays de la Loire . Riaillé belongs to the arrondissement of Châteaubriant-Ancenis and the canton of Nort-sur-Erdre (until 2015: canton of Riaillé ). The inhabitants are called Riailléens .

Riaillé is located about 35 kilometers north-northeast of Nantes on the Erdre . Riaillé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Grand-Auverné in the north, Vallons-de-l'Erdre in the east and northeast, Pannecé in the southeast, Teillé in the south, Trans-sur-Erdre in the southwest, Joué-sur-Erdre in the west and La Meilleraye -de-Brittany in the north-west.
