Quettehou is a French commune with 1,787 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Manche department in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Cherbourg and the Val-de-Saire .

It was created with effect from January 1, 2019 by merging the former municipalities of Quettehou and Morsalines to form the Commune nouvelle Quettehou of the same name , in which the former municipalities have the status of a Commune déléguée . The administrative headquarters are in Quettehou.

The municipality is located at the northeastern end of the Cotentin peninsula in the Val de Saire countryside .
