history
The company was run in the legal form of a stock corporation (AG) for a long time until it was converted into a limited liability company (GmbH) on December 31, 2012 . The main reason for this was that the city of Oberhausen, as the sole shareholder of a GmbH, has an expanded influence.

Line 105 currently ends (2014) in Essen-Frintrop on the city limits of Oberhausen and is expected to run in the Oberhausen network from 2018. It should run from the Gasometer stop to the main train station and Sterkrade alternately every 20 minutes. A council decision on March 8, 2015 stopped this for at least two years.
