The Football League Second Division 1907/08 was the 16th season of the Football League Second Division as the second highest English football league . Second division champion was Bradford City and in addition, second-placed Leicester Fosse rose to the Football League First Division . For the two promoted teams in the following second division season 1908/09, the two first division teams Bolton Wanderers and FC Birmingham, ranked in the table below, took the places.

The FC Stoke waived the year after due to financial difficulties to participate in the Second Division again. Lincoln City FC had to relegate from the Second Division. In addition, Grimsby Town and Chesterfield FC were worried about staying in the class, but then received enough votes in the re-election process of the League Association to be allowed to participate in the Second Division again in the following 1908/09 season. The places of Stoke and Lincoln took the newly promoted Tottenham Hotspur and Bradford Park Avenue in the following season .
