The Football League Second Division 1912/13 was the 21st season of the Football League Second Division as the second highest English football league . It began on September 2, 1912 and ended on April 26, 1913.
Second division champion was Preston North End and also the second-placed Burnley FC rose to the Football League First Division . For the two promoted teams in the following second division season 1913/14, the two first division clubs Notts County and Woolwich Arsenal ranked in the table below . Nobody had to relegate from the Second Division and Glossop FC , Stockport County and Blackpool FC received enough votes in the reelection process of the League Association to be allowed to participate again in the Second Division in the following 1913/14 season.
