La Bussiere is a French municipality with 805 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the canton of Gien (until 2015: canton of Briare ) in the arrondissement of Montargis . The inhabitants are called Bussérois .
geography
La Bussière is located about 65 kilometers east-southeast of Orléans in the wine-growing region of the Coteaux du Giennois on the Vernisson River . La Bussière is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Boismorand in the north and northwest, Adon in the east and northeast, Escrignelles in the southeast, Ouzouer-sur-Trézée in the south and Gien in the west and southwest.
