List of nature reserves in the Reutlingen district

In the district of Reutlingen , there are 42 nature reserves. The Tübingen regional council is responsible for designating nature reserves . The oldest nature reserve in the district is the Nägelesfelsen nature reserve, which was established in 1937 . According to the protected area statistics of the State Institute for the Environment, Measurements and Nature Conservation Baden-Württemberg (LUBW), in 1973.33 hectares of the district are under nature protection, that is 1.92 percent.

Bad Urach
Rock faces on the right side of the Erms valley, created by landslides and sliding of the Weißjura masses. Little weathered hanging debris.
