Monestier-Port-Dieu ( MONESTIER e Port Dieu in Occitan ) is a French municipality with 103 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Correze in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine .

geography

The municipality is located in the Massif Central on the western bank of the Dordogne , at the mouth of the Dognon river in the Bort-les-Orgues reservoir , not far from the border with the Puy-de-Dôme department .

Tulle , the prefecture of the department, is about 90 kilometers southwest, Ussel about 20 kilometers northwest and Bort-les-Orgues about 17 kilometers south.
