Saint-Etienne-la-Geneste ( Sent Estefe la Genesta in Occitan ) is a French municipality with 93 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Correze in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine .

geography

The municipality is located in the Massif Central south of the Plateau de Millevaches and the Regional Nature Park Millevaches en Limousin on the right bank of the Diège .

Tulle , the prefecture of the department, is about 70 kilometers southwest, Ussel about 13 kilometers north and Bort-les-Orgues about 20 kilometers east.

Neighboring municipalities of Saint-Étienne-la-Geneste are Saint-Victour in the east, Sainte-Marie-Lapanouze in the south, and Chirac-Bellevue in the west.
