Couffy-sur-Sarsonne ( Confin in Occitan ) is a French municipality with 76 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Correze in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine .
geography
The municipality is located in the Massif Central on the Plateau de Millevaches and therefore also in the Millevaches en Limousin Regional Nature Park on the right bank of the Sarsonne , a tributary of the Diège .
Tulle , the prefecture of the department, is about 85 kilometers southwest, Ussel about 15 kilometers south and Clermont-Ferrand about 80 kilometers east.
