Pereleski is 14 kilometers southwest of the city of Tschernjachowsk (Insterburg) and can be reached from the regional road 27A-039 between Swoboda (Jänischken / Jänichen) and Ugrjumowo (Matheningken / Mattenau) in a southerly direction via a country road.
