geography
The municipality of Saint-Front is located about 25 kilometers southeast of Le Puy-en-Velay and a few kilometers northwest of Mont Mézenc , one of the highest peaks in the Massif Central . In the municipality lies the Maarsee Lac de Saint-Front , where the Gagne river rises, which drains to the Loire .
