Saint-Jeure-d'Ay is a French municipality with 479 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ardèche in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . Saint-Romain-d'Ay belongs to the Arrondissement of Tournon-sur-Rhône and the canton of Haut-Vivarais (until 2015: canton of Satillieu ). The inhabitants are called Saintjeurois (es) .

Saint-Jeure-d'Ay is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Romain-d'Ay in the north and north-west, Eclassan in the east and north-east, Cheminas in the east and south-east, Saint-Victor in the south and Préaux in the west.
