Saint-Pierre-sur-Doux is about 18 kilometers southwest of Annonay . The Doux limits the municipality to the west. Saint-Pierre-sur-Doux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Julien-Vocance in the north, Saint-Symphorien-de-Mahun in the northeast, Lalovesc in the east, Rochepaule in the south, Saint-André-en-Vivarais in the west and Saint- Bonnet-le-Froid to the west and north-west.
