Saint-Barthélemy-Grozon ( Occitan : Sant Barthélemy Grozon ) is a French municipality with 506 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ardèche in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Tournon-sur-Rhône and the canton of Haut-Vivarais . The inhabitants are called Saint-Barthélémiens .

Saint-Barthélemy-Grozon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lamastre in the north and west, Gilhoc-sur-Ormèze in the north and north-east, Alboussière in the east and south-east, Boffres in the south and south-east, Châteauneuf-de-Vernoux in the south and Vernoux-en- Viverais in the south and south-west.
