It borders in the north on Arlebosc , in the north-east on Boucieu-le-Roi , in the east on Colombier-le-Jeune (point of contact), in the south-east on Gilhoc-sur-Ormèze , in the south-west on Lamastre and in the west on Empurany . The district of Monteil is located in the southwest corner of the municipality marker. The residents call themselves Crestois or Crestoises.
