Félines is a French commune with 1,652 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ardèche in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Tournon-sur-Rhône and the Canton of Sarras (until 2015: Canton Serrières ).

Félines is about 30 kilometers east-southeast of Saint-Étienne . Félines is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vinzieux in the north and west, Charnas in the north and northeast, Serrières in the east, Peaugres in the south and Savas in the west and southwest.
