Grandrû is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Quesmy and Maucourt in the north, Caillouël-Crépigny in the east, Mondescourt in the east and south-east, Babœuf in the south, Béhéricourt in the west and south-west and Crisolles in the west and north-west.
