Ricquebourg is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Biermont in the north and northwest, Laberlière in the north, Gury in the northeast, Mareuil-la-Motte in the east and southeast, La Neuville-sur-Ressons in the south and Orvillers-Sorel in the west and northwest.
