Chiry-Ourscamp is a French commune with 1,199 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement Compiègne and the canton Thourotte (until 2015: canton Ribécourt-Dreslincourt ).

Chiry-Ourscamp is located about 16 kilometers north-northeast of Compiègne on the Oise and on the Canal latéral à l'Oise . Chiry-Ourscamp is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ville in the north and northwest, Passel in the north, Sempigny in the northeast, Carlepont in the east, Bailly in the south and Pimprez and Ribécourt-Dreslincourt in the west and southwest.
The former route nationale 32 (today's D1032) runs through the municipality .

One of the sights is the Cistercian monastery of Notre-Dame in Ourscamp, founded in 1129 and dissolved in 1792 . It has been a Catholic convent of the Order of Serviteurs de Jésus et de Marie since 1940 . It has been a monument historique since 1840/1943/2004. Also worth seeing is the Notre-Dame Church (also called Sainte-Anne Church) from the 12th century.
The ruins of Mennechet Castle, built in 1881, are overgrown with plants. It has been a monument historique since 2011.

- Étienne de Lexington (1198–1258), Abbot of Clairvaux, died in the Notre-Dame monastery
