Solente is a French municipality with 102 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the canton of Thourotte (until 2015 Guiscard ) and to the municipality association Pays Noyonnais .
geography
Solente is located in the Pays Noyonnais about 48 kilometers north-northeast of Compiègne . Solente is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Balâtre in the north and north-west, Biarre in the north, Cressy-Omencourt in the east and north-east, Ognolles in the east and south-east, Beaulieu-les-Fontaines in the south and Champien in the south and west.
