Beaurains-lès-Noyon is located in the Pays Noyonnais about 30 kilometers northeast of Compiègne on the Canal du Nord . The Verse River runs along the eastern parish boundary . Beaurains-lès-Noyon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sermaize in the north and west, Bussy in the north, Genvry in the east, Noyon in the south and south-east and Porquéricourt in the west and south-west.
