Longueil-Annel is a French municipality with 2622 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement Compiègne and the canton Thourotte (until 2015: canton Ribécourt-Dreslincourt ).

Longueil-Annel is located on the river Oise or on the parallel Canal latéral à l'Oise ( Oise Lateral Canal ). Longueil-Annel is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mélicocq in the north, Thourotte in the northeast, Le Plessis-Brion in the east, Janville in the south and southeast, Clairoix in the south, Coudun in the south and southwest and Giraumont in the west.
