Monchy-Humières is a French municipality with 769 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement Compiègne and the canton Estrées-Saint-Denis (until 2015: canton Ressons-sur-Matz ).
geography
Monchy-Humières is located about eight kilometers northwest of Compiègne on the Aronde , which also forms the southern municipal boundary. Monchy-Humières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Antheuil-Portes in the north, Braisnes-sur-Aronde in the east, Baugy in the south, Remy in the south and south-west, Montmartin in the south-west and Gournay-sur-Aronde in the west and north-west.
