Élincourt-Sainte-Marguerite is a French municipality with 862 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Compiègne and the canton Thourotte (until 2015 Lassigny ). The inhabitants are called Élincourtois .

Élincourt-Sainte-Marguerite is located about 15 kilometers north of Compiègne am Matz , which borders the municipality in the north. Élincourt-Sainte-Marguerite is surrounded by the neighboring communities Mareuil-la-Motte in the north and north-west, Thiescourt in the north and north-east, Cannectancourt in the east and north-east, Chevincourt in the east and south-east, Marest-sur-Matz in the south, Vandélicourt in the south-west as well Margny-sur-Matz to the west.
