Muirancourt is a French municipality with 571 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the canton of Noyon (until 2015 Guiscard ) and to the municipality association Pays Noyonnais .

Muirancourt is located in the Pays Noyonnais about 33 kilometers north-northeast of Compiègne on the River Verse . Muirancourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fréniches in the north, Guiscard in the east and northeast, Crisolles in the southeast, Bussy in the south and southwest and Frétoy-le-Château in the west and northwest.
