Passel is located in the Pays Noyonnais about 26 kilometers northeast of Compiègne . Passel is surrounded by the neighboring communities Larbroye in the north, Noyon in the northeast, Pont-l'Évêque in the east and northeast, Sempigny in the east, Chiry-Ourscamp in the south and Ville in the west.
