Armancourt is a French municipality with 563 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement Compiègne and the canton Compiègne-2 (until 2015: canton Compiègne-Sud-Ouest ). The inhabitants are called Armancourtois .
geography
Armancourt is located about six kilometers southwest of Compiègne on the Oise . Armancourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Jaux in the north, Lacroix-Saint-Ouen in the east and southeast and Le Meux in the south and west.
