Couloisy is a northern French municipality with 541 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Compiègne and the canton of Compiègne-1 ( Attichy until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Couloisiens .

Couloisy is located about 17 kilometers east-southeast of Compiègne on the Aisne . Couloisy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Attichy in the north, Jaulzy in the east, Croutoy in the south and south-east, Cuise-la-Motte in the south and west and Berneuil-sur-Aisne in the north-west.

The National Route 31 runs through the municipality .
