Cuise-la-Motte is about 14 kilometers east-southeast of Compiègne . The Aisne limits the municipality to the north. Cuise-la-Motte is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Berneuil-sur-Aisne in the north, Couloisy in the northeast, Croutoy in the east, Saint-Étienne-Roilaye in the south and southeast, Pierrefonds in the southwest, Vieux-Moulin in the west and Trosly-Breuil in the West and northwest.
