Morlincourt is located in the Pays Noyonnais about 32 kilometers northeast of Compiègne on the Oise and the Canal latéral à l'Oise . Morlincourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Salency in the north and northeast, Varesnes in the east and southeast, Pontoise-lès-Noyon in the south and Noyon in the south and west.
