Villers-sur-Coudun is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vandélicourt in the north, Marest-sur-Matz in the north and northeast, Mélicocq in the east, Giraumont in the southeast, Coudun in the south, Braisnes-sur-Aronde in the southwest and Vignemont in the west.
