Braisnes-sur-Aronde (formerly only: Braisnes ) is a French municipality with 169 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Compiègne and the canton Estrées-Saint-Denis (until 2015 Ressons-sur-Matz ).

Braisnes-sur-Aronde is about nine kilometers north-north-west of Compiègne . Braisnes-sur-Aronde is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Antheuil-Portes in the north and north-west, Vignemont in the north and north-east, Villers-sur-Coudun in the east, Coudun in the south and south-east, Baugy in the south-west and Monchy-Humières in the west.
