Roye-sur-Matz is a French municipality with 466 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Compiègne and the canton of Thourotte (until 2015 Lassigny ).

Roye-sur-Matz is located about 32 kilometers north-north-west of Compiègne am Matz . Roye-sur-Matz is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beuvraignes in the north, Canny-sur-Matz in the east, Gury in the south-east, La Neuville-sur-Ressons and Laberlière in the south, Biermont in the south-west and Conchy-les-Pots in the west.
