Orvillers-Sorel is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Hainvillers in the north and north-west, Boulogne-la-Grasse in the north, Conchy-les-Pots in the north-east, Biermont in the east, Ricquebourg and La Neuville-sur-Ressons in the south-east, Cuvilly in the south and Mortemer in the West.
