LeSean Camel "Shady" McCoy (* 12 July 1988 in Harrisburg , Pennsylvania ) is an American American Footballer in the National Football League (NFL). He plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a running back .

Career

college

McCoy attended the University of Pittsburgh and played for their team, the Panthers, college football for two years , scoring 36 touchdowns . He was appointed to various selection teams and has received numerous awards.

NFL

Philadelphia Eagles

In the 2009 NFL Draft , he was selected in the second round by the Philadelphia Eagles . He was used regularly from the start and was able to run more than 1,000 yards in his second season . He holds various franchise records in Philadelphia . With a total of 6,792 yards run, he is also the Eagles' most successful running back ever.

Buffalo Bills

Nevertheless, it was given to the Buffalo Bills in March 2015 in exchange for linebacker Kiko Alonso . With his new club he signed a five-year contract worth 40 million US dollars .
