history Gutsdorf, known as Neu Lappönen until 1946 , was incorporated into the newly established Keppurlauken district in 1874 (which no longer exists today), which - even after it was renamed "Birkenhof (Ostpr.)" In 1930) - was part of the Insterburg district in the administrative district until 1945 Gumbinnen belonged to the Prussian province of East Prussia . As a result of the war, Neu Lappönen came to the Soviet Union with northern East Prussia in 1945 and was given the Russian name Osjornoje in 1947. At the same time, the place was incorporated into the village Soviet Kalinowski selski Sowet in Bolshakovo district. Later, the village came to Chernyakhovsk Raion with the village soviet .
