The University of Rangsit ( Thai มหาวิทยาลัย รังสิต , English Rangsit University , RSU) is a private university in Pathum Thani Province (north of Bangkok ), Thailand .
History and general
Rangsit University was founded in 1986 as a private university (Rangsit College) and was given university status in 1990 . The president of the university is the former DP politician Arthit Ourairat (former Foreign Minister, Speaker of Parliament and Minister of Science). Chairman of the University Council is the retired Air Force General and the Privy Council Kamthon Sindhvananda .
