Saint-Clément is a French commune of 300 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Allier in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (2015 Auvergne ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Vichy and the canton of Lapalisse (until 2015: canton of Le Mayet-de-Montagne ).

Saint-Clément is located about 22 kilometers east-southeast of Vichy . The neighboring municipalities of Saint-Clément are Châtel-Montagne in the north, Saint-Nicolas-des-Biefs in the east, La Chabanne in the south, Ferrières-sur-Sichon in the southwest and Le Mayet-de-Montagne in the west.
