Torre d'Isola is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 2410 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Pavia in Lombardy . The municipality is located about four kilometers northwest of Pavia am Ticino in the Parco naturale lombardo della Valle del Ticino .

In the 12th century the place is known as Ynsula , which later - from the 15th century - is called Turris Insulae .
