The Bradley County is a county in the US -amerikanischen State Tennessee . In 2010 , the county had 98,963 residents and a population density of 116.2 people per square kilometer. By 2013 the population increased to 101,848. The county seat is Cleveland .
geography
The county is located almost in the extreme southeast of Tennessee, borders Georgia to the south and is about 50 km from North Carolina to the east. It has an area of 859 square kilometers, of which 7 square kilometers are water.
The northern boundary of the county is formed by the Hiwassee River , a left tributary of the Tennessee River .

Bradley County was formed from Cherokee Land on February 10, 1836. It was named after Edward Bradley (? –1829), an officer who was wounded in the war with the Creek and a member of the Tennessee Legislative Assembly.
